Andrew K. Adams Chief Engineer for Turnkey since 1983 has researched and developed many telecommunications projects that involved integration of CATV, VSAT, LAN and WAN technologies (Wide Area Networks) RF & Wireless.
Andrew K. Adams served on the Board of Directors for the South Florida Society of Cable Television Engineers SCTE and was one of its co- founders under the direction of Ralph Haimowitz.

The Turnkey donation of a satellite system for continuing education to South Miami High School. In 1988 (the first H.S. to install a satellite system in the State).
Played a vital role in the development the first DBS stabilized Gyro system.
Successfully installed the first European Digital stabilized Gyro system in Europe for Premier Cruises to broadcast the 1998 World Cup.
Engineered and designed the first live horseracing and betting terminal on board a Cruise ship.
The first Company in the State of Florida to transplant an entire cable satellite headend 1 mile and rebuild it without interrupting service.
Turnkey built a Satellite structure to withstand 250 mile an hour wind load (NOAH) Hurricane Center.
In 1987 went to Telecom convention in Geneva to study and view hi-tech satellite telecommunications where he met with CLI, Compression Labs, Inc. to discuss proprietary compression techniques.
In the late eighties went to France to study and discuss Special Interest programming issues at the Mipcom Festival in Cannes.
To date has coordinated the largest Hispanic PPV event ever done with over 55 cable companies participating.
In 1993 founded the Special Interest Programmers Association ( SIPA ) a not for profit organization whose main focus is to bring awareness of future delivery methods for low budget interest programming and BTV business television.
Has consulted the Bank of Rome and GOCARD Inc. on a Debit card platform for 1700 branches.
In 1985 designed the Saudi Arabian Teleport Cable distribution Plant in Jiddah.
He has performed Satellite & Cable seminars open to the public in the early 90's.
Currently consulting many Cable Companies , Teleports, Radio Stations and TV stations.

Turnkey has been instrumental to many rebuilds of systems after many hurricanes both here in Florida , Jamaica, St. Thomas and St. Croix.
Andrew Adams has served on the advisory council concerning the Internet for the City of Miami International Trade Board.

Turnkey has provided satellite services to numerous companies and networks such as CNN - ESPN - ABC - CBS - Super Bowl 1995 in Miami and Super Bowl 1996 in Phoenix, as well as the Orange Bowl in 1993.
Worked as an Agent for TCG, ICI, UUNET and ICG all of which provide Competitive Access (CAPS ) and CLEC's for high-speed delivery of T1- DS3, STM1 DWDM services. (Map Info experienced )
Has studied ATM with Fore Systems and Computer TAPI interfaces with IMMIX in 1995.
Has consulted many startup Internet, Long Distance Companies and their Agents since 1993.
Has produced commercials , programming and infomercials and currently and still owns a low cost editing bay and Camera gear used for MPEG II TV Broadcast. SCALA and Toaster - Macromedia FLASH.
Coordinated one of the most sophisticated Uplinks above and below water with telephone interface call in to submarines, divers, diving bells and an underwater Hotel all performed with interactive two way voice from around the country's schools and museums.
Served as one of ten consultants to Bob Butterworth regarding a 222 Million Dollar lawsuit regarding a telecommunications issue.
Installed Many TX/RX Satellite Systems for many Radio and TV Stations.
Built a Satellite Teleport for Florida Radio Network - Clear Channel Communications in Miramar, Key West Florida, and Sarasota, Florida.
2005 Installed a 1.2 terabyte Digital Video surveillance system for FDLE / HIDTA in Miramar Florida.
Installed Fiber Optic Distribution System for The Security System at Midtown in Miami
